Let Go the Burden of Stress (Video Post)

When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.

Here's and oldie but a goodie :-). I recorded this video last Summer and I wanted to share it in conjunction with the scripture. Letting go of stress seems like the hardest thing for us to do, but it can give way to so much peace, clarity, and freedom. God specifically asks us not to worry or be anxious about anything.
